  11. I'm going to go out on a limb here and ask the obvious:  where's the implementation for STL?  I have MS VC++ 4.0 and found
  12. the STL headers - but is there anything to link with?  It looks like a lot of the functions are inlined, but I'd like
  13. someone to verify.  Also, I retrieved the latest set of headers from HP's server.  There seems to be a lot more header
  14. files than the ones MSVC++ came with.  If I want the latest and greatest to use with MSVC++, should I be using what I 
  15. found at HP?  Or?
